Bellow Seals
SAM SEALS INDIA provides a premium selection of rubber bellow mechanical seals that are renowned for their effectiveness and simplicity of installation. The shaft run-out is compensated for thanks to the rubber below and the spring's capacity to self-align.
These seals have an imbalanced single spring seal and flexible synthetic rubber below. Moreover, the direction of rotation does not affect these seals. Centrifugal pumps, plastic immersion pumps, and ammonia compressors all often employ our seals.
The rubber below prevents fretting on the shaft and sleeve. There is no torsional tension on the bellows. The spring and spring holder are responsible for transmitting torque. anomalous shaft runout and main sealing wear are accommodated by self-aligning features. Effluent particles will be avoided by the single coil spring.

TYPE SSI-16 : is Inherently unbalanced metal bellow seal. This seals are independent of direction of rotation. The unique feature of this type of seal is that, there is no dynamic ‘O’ rings and therefore it will never hangup or damage the shaft and sleeve, it also has an ability to handle corrosive as well as abrasive & viscous media. These seals have self-cleaning & non-clogging construction. With selection of special bellow material it can be used in highly corrosive media.

TYPE SSI-11CB : are PTFE Bellow seals designed to handle highly corrosive liquids. These seals are outside mounted with simple installation procedure and hence cost effective for corrosive media sealing. Type SSI11CB designated as Fixed & replaceable bellow face respectively.
